excellent riverside getaway!
varied option river view attentive staff nice touch
i enjoyed the lovely breakfast. it had a wide variety of options. the river views were also amazing! the room had a river-view balcony, and i found it well-sized. i definitely plan to revisit it. the staff were attentive and efficient, and . the breakfast service had a great choice of options. the setting is fantastic, and the town center is nearby! the breakfast was good, and the bottle of water with biscuits was a nice touch.
the car park was full, but i found a space. the room was warm with no air conditioning, but the bed was comfortable.

the pool offered a refreshing swim. the hotel provides free parking, a convenient perk . i found well kept grounds, with beautiful flowers and hanging baskets everywhere.

the hotel boasts peaceful area by the river. the proximity to the town center made exploring very simple. i was able to take a walk along the thames, it was super relaxing.

slow service limited staff
The breakfast service proved slow, a notable drawback. I completed the breakfast form, specifying a 9:30 time. Despite arriving promptly, I waited twenty minutes beyond the scheduled time. I learned they only had one chef. This affected the experience negatively. The lack of prompt service was a significant inconvenience.

excellent breakfast wide garden easy access
Breakfast included made-to-order options. I appreciated the extensive garden beside the river. The location was near the town centre, so access was easy.
